Vision
Aha envisions a positive human functioning in Ethiopia.
Mission
Aha aspires to be a center of excellence in psychological services, providing counseling, coaching, consultation, training, research, and consultancy services to individuals, couples/partners, families, and organizations. Our mission is to help overcome life’s challenges and foster positive change.
Our Story
In today’s rapidly changing world, life is becoming increasingly complex and intricate, placing immense stress on the human psyche. As a result, people are losing their sense of balance in life. Recognizing this, it’s necessary that professionals contribute their share towards the recovery and well being of individuals. This realization led to the establishment of Aha Psychological Services in July 2014, with the mission of “restoring the balance in life.”
The term “Aha” signifies a sudden understanding or insight. Most practitioners, teachers, clinicians, counselors, and therapists aim to provide their participants, students, and clients with this sense of clarity and understanding, resulting in what is known as the Aha Effect. By fostering such moments of illumination and sudden comprehension, Aha seeks to help individuals regain control and balance in their lives.
